A B COMPOSITES, a Private Limited Company established itself as an OEM in Thermosetting Composites in the year 1996 offers end to end solutions in applications through reverse engineering, advanced processing techniques of raw materials in form of reinforcements, resin matrix and additives to achieve desired mechanical properties and meeting the compliance of FST(Fire, Smoke and Toxicity) thus, contributing to long sustainability, low maintenance and impeccable service performance under extreme environmental conditions.

The genesis of our organization began as All India Brush Works in the year 1964, with manufacturing of hand crafted paint brush and moved ahead with vision for Identifying Innovative Product development having multi-utility applications, meeting the Global requirement of Eco-Friendly material. The outcome was a great success in establishing development and manufacturing of NFTC (Natural fibre Reinforced Thermosetting Composite) using natural fibres of Bamboo and Jute as reinforcement and Phenolic resin as binder.

This resulted in wide acceptance of our Natural Fibre Reinforced Thermosetting Composites branded, DUROSAM® for applications in infrastructure and in mobility-doors, windows, flooring, roofing, Pre-fabricated modular building structures and interior furniture as well, by CPWD, PWD, Railways, Defence and other Govt. authorities as the replacement of Wood, Ply-wood, Asbestos, Aluminum and other metals.

Moving further ahead, the company further diversified in setting up Thermosetting Resin Plants for manufacturing Polyester, Phenolic and Melamine resin systems with production capacity of TPA.

Further mid-stream production of SMC (Sheet Mouding Compound) and Prepregs for Compression moulding.

In the down-stream activity, the company is engaged in design and manufacturing Glass fibre and Natural fibre Reinforced precession Pressure Moulded components-Window systems for non-A.C coaches, Floor board and decorative Ceiling panels for Rail cars.

Further, development in train interior components include Interior sidewall & ceiling panels, Partition frames, lavatory Modules, Locomotive driver’s cab interiors. Offering value addition, we undertake turnkey furnishing of the coaches and have so far done over 1500 coaches for the Indian Railways.

With rapid growth of Metro Rail in India, we have initiated development of Phenolic Prepregs for moulding Metro coach Interior panels, Floor Boards, Saloon seats and parts, thus contributing to the Make in India Initiative of our country.

Composites today play a major role in corrosion protection and equipment and pipeline in Oil & Gas, Power and other industry is of major concern. Semi-cured composite cladding material developed by us offers in-situ solutions.
